ReplyDeleteFirst, finances as the leading cause of stress refer to major purchases they have to make, such as a house or car. Others are stressed by a loss of income, or rising credit card debt and also financial stress will eventuate in bankruptcy. While college pupils stress over paying for an education can be a major cause of stress. Second, work is also a cause of stress. We worry about new types of work or new responsibilities. We put more effort to reach the career ladder, overcome by the demands. When work conditions may change, or we may have interpersonal trouble at work, we will more easy to feel stress and depress. Students, especially teenagers and college age students always face stress problem. They always try to grab the high level result. But sometimes, work stress is not only bringing to ourselves but also can affect other.
Next, the family also can be a factor of stress. Nowadays, parents’ divorce and arguments let the family feel stress and annoy. Sometimes, we will worry about family health and it also can leads cause of stress. This is also the main factor which causes a person always in the stress mood. In the same way, personal concerns that are only indirectly formed by others are another main factor of stress.
Everyone has a deep-rooted desire for control over his or her own life. From this, the person already disturb freedom of another person and in the same time, over or less concern also will let person feel under stress condition. You like to control your time, rather than let others' demands control it, but that is not always possible and personal change of any kind also can be a factor of stress. Fifth, personal health and safety also can lead factor of stress. For example, some people are worrying her/his weight, injury, illness and health. For a long time, this automatic will let a person under a stress condition, lead to further physical and mental problem.
Another factor which causes the stress is personal relationships. Stress can caused by such as friendship, dating, separation, marriage, divorce, or re-marriage, all of this can cause a person get into stress mood. In the other hand, a lot of couple over demand to her/ his partners also can lead cause of stress. The last one is death. Life is good, but we cannot estimate what will go in the 5 minutes later, even the death of a pet can be stressful. Therefore, we need to care about our friend, family and everything, let their always in the optimistic mind and away from stress.

According to the “7-Day Stress Relief Plan” written by Mohamed Hatta Shaharom, he define stress can causes by 4 domain holistic approach, there is bio-physical, psychological, social and spiritual. To understand stress, we must understand what mainly causes for the stress. Therefore, via this four basic domains of life (bio-physical, psychological, social and spiritual) must be understood in the true perspective earlier any life phenomenon can be understood in the totality.
ReplyDeleteAn individual cannot escape from the effect of life’s 4 domains. Life’s problem can cause by one, two, three or all the factors domain of life. For example, a woman has just sent a miscarried baby. Her pain is get worse by the negative attitude of her unsupportive husband. Being a spiritual person, the only consolation she could find it’s through her daily prayers. She is undergoing a traumatic experience in her life and her stress is related to the bio-physical (miscarried baby), psychological (sadness) and social (non-supportive husband). From here, we understand stress can cause by 3 domains.
From this example, we can understand and know which domains can cause a stress. Four basic domains of life (bio-physical, psychological, social and spiritual) are very close with us. This is a life, half the war in overcoming the stress in won.
