*The way and solution to cope stress*

Finally, we have to learn and understand stress. When a person get into stress condition, what can we do for him/her? Therefore, in the following two weeks, we will discuss about the method and solution to solve stress. This is important to you. After you read, you also can help others to cope and face the stress problem. At the same time, you also can improve your knowledge about the stress!   1. According to Richard Blonna (Professor, department of Community Health William Paterson University) state that stress can be solved by 5 ways. The Five Rs of coping with stress is devoted to helping you know who you are and what you value and be true to yourself.

    1. RETHINK

    -The concept of RETHINK as a defense against stress revolves around the belief that stress is a by-product of people’s perceived inability to cope with potential stressors.

    -RETHINK is benefit for our and become more logical in our thinking. It also deals with our illogical anger such as admit it exists, target the source, identify the response, become pro-active in your anger management, escaping of anger and. For dissipate anger in a healthy way, we can try to take time out and rest, also can attack the main problem but not the person. We should steady about what we will do, and always rethink about this. Hence, stress is away from us.

    -RETHINK also let person learned optimism, who will always do something hopefully and energy. This ways also bring a person focus on the bright side means that should learn something from our previous experience and put more effort to do something.

    -RETHINK also reduces stress by enjoying life more such as, putting more laughter into life. When we get into trouble in one situation, one way to change the way we view the world is to take it seriously and laugh at it more often. Humor helps us be more fluid and go with the flow of our lives. Humor can be “a skill release stress and tension”, it will bring our mood into relax and happy situation.

    2.REDUCE

    -REDUCE is called second level of defense. When a person under stress condition, who need to reduce or decrease your optimal level. We need to understand triple as of coping stress that I have. We need to set a goal and target within our energy and effort. Moreover, time management is also very important to reduce the stress level. A good time management is let a person always has a balance time to work and entertainment. For here, we understand don not over put stress to a person, need to give some rest and complete his/her works.

    -Beside this, need to protect your time within the work effectively. First, we can let people know our intensions, tell them that at specific hours you will be worked and do not disturbed. Second, always close the door when you are in the working mode. Everybody needs quiet and privacy to do and complete work. Besides that, you can also use your answering machine; let the machine answer all your calls or you only read messages when you are done with work.

    3. RELEASE

    -“Relax will bring a person to toward a long journey”, means relax really benefit to have a good work! When we are under stress condition, we need to do some activities to release our stress such as meditation, visual imagery, systematic muscle relaxation, yoga, T’ai Chi Chuan, human touch and others. Those of activities bring benefits to our body and feel relax after a long journey work. Massage will release muscle tension and stimulate circulation system into muscular, create a sensation of warmth. Nowadays, most of the officers choose to do yoga after working hours. It not merely exercises, but also a way to release their stress. As we know, meditation was examined from cultural, spiritual, and physiological perspectives. The good way from meditation also will give a person an effective work.

    4. RELEASE

    -From here, RELEASE means use physical activity to reduce stress. Normally, most of us use the way RELEASE to release our stress via fitness. The benefit of fitness, we can improves health such as reduce the risk of dying prematurely, the risk of heart attack, the risk of developing diabetes, risk of high blood pressure, helps to control weight, help build bones, muscle and joints.

    -Furthermore, a good and balance diet also important to a person to manage stress. A person has a balance diet and food habit is also called as a way to release tension. A good food diet is enough of mineral, vitamin, carbohydrate, water. We also need to eat less sugar, salt, oil, and fats. The most important is drink enough water, it also make our body system function as well. For example, a person needs 8 glasses water per day. Healthy eating contributes to stress management by ensuring the blood sugar levels provide a consistent source of energy to use for daily living. Therefore, has a good health body also can to help to avoid a person get into stress.


    5. REORGANIZE

    -We need to understand stress development, effect and solution. The important of wellness in stress management will bring a person away from stress and tension. In additional, REORGANIZE the working environment, physical and mental also important to have an effective work. Most of the time, we need to look for the bright side and think more logically. In the REORGANIZE way, you need to understand all the things and management of stress and tension. Hence you can away from this trouble.

    Finally, all of us must remember This five Rs, so we can cope the stress with easier and well!

  3. Handling Stress - Some simple hints

    1. Use self hypnosis daily to take some time for yourself. 10 - 15 minutes is ideal
    2. Develop apositive mental attitude - see problems as challenges
    3. Talk things over with someone - This can really help
    4. Find out what causes you to become stressed and try to avoid the causes
    5. Take some exercise - A daily 10 minute brisk walk can be incredibly beneficial
    6. Balance your work with home/family and recreation.
    7. Take time for relaxation - pamper yourself with a long, hot soak in a bath
    8. If needed, use a relaxation CD to help you sleep and rest.
    9. Take time to investigate meditation - there are some wonderful CDs available online.
    10. Learn relaxation techniques like deep breathing that can be used anywhere at anytime
    11. Put some time aside to think
    12. Know your limits, Learn to say “I’d rather not”’ Don't say “yes” when you mean “no”.
    13. Take 5 minutes just to be still
    14. Remember that you are in control - It may not seem like it at times, but it is true
    15. Enjoy nature
    16. Switch off thinking about work when you get home.
    17. Eat nutritious, energy filled, natural foods
    18. Plan your time better.
    19. Recognize and accept your limitations - Delegate if necessary
    20. Have fun - Enjoy your work.
    21. Remember the law of Karma - What you give is what you get returned
    22. Be tolerant and learn to forgive.
    23. Avoid unnecessary competition
    24. Listen to some favourite music and DANCE!
    25. Accept what can't be changed in others
    26. Accept that some things aren’t as important to others as they are to you.
    27. Recognize stress. Do not become so accustomed to feeling stress that it becomes a normal part of your life.
    29. Trust in other people.
    30. REMEMBER: Seek not to change the world, but choose instead to change your mind about the world

  4. I would suggest one, eating gum, as funny as that sounds, it works! When you're stressed chew some gum to help keep you're mind off of eating. Also, find other things to keep you occupied such as, cleaning, writing, drawling, painting,etc. Find something that you like, that helps keep you're mind focused on other things, rather then focusing you're attention and stress on eating. An other good proven method is to listen to music, it can be very relaxing! ...

  5. when i was stress,i will go n bath with cold water n sleep..maybe my hobby is sleeping..**blush**..bt it really works..btw..i am also used to online in FB n chat with frenzz..after blaming n gossip wif frens..it make me more relax..i duno both of them izit are really good ways to overcome stress bt since it is work for me..so i juz suggest it to u all..
